Wingspan Program

We're passionate about service and giving back to our community is an important core value of Songbird Leadership.  Our Wingspan Program provides pro bono strategic planning services to small nonprofit organizations in Lorain and Cuyahoga Counties, Ohio.   

Services Provided

Strategic planning facilitation.

Eligible Organizations

Organizations with at least three years of 501(c)(3) status, less than $1M in annual revenue, and operating in Cuyahoga or Lorain Counties, Ohio, are encouraged to apply.

Application Process

To apply, email the following to Jill@SongbirdLeadership.com:

• A description of your organization and link to your website.
• Describe how strategic planning will be impactful to your organization's mission, and why this is the right time for your organization to pursue these services.
• Name, title, and contact information of the contact person for this application.

Applicants may be asked to submit additional information.

Deadlines

Applications must be submitted by 11:59 pm on December 31st for the spring program and by 11:59 pm on June 30th for the fall program.  All applicants will be notified of the final selection within 15 days of the deadline.
