Our board assessment and development methodology includes three phases, which may be modified to meet the unique needs of your organization:
Assessment
A perceptual analysis is completed with key stakeholders, along with a thorough examination of every aspect of your organization's board and its activities.
Evaluation
Findings are analyzed and compared with best practices in board governance. Recommendations are provided.
Development and Implementation
Recommendations are implemented. Objectives and key results (OKRs) are created to better align the board with the needs your organization and measure progress.
